He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Beedy and Virginia Beedy (Hankel); and his son James. He is survived by: his wife Lisa A. Rice-Beedy; his children, Rusty and Beth of Louisville, KY; his stepdaughters, Kayla of Gothenburg, Sweden of Springfield, Clarissa of Springfield and Latosha of Springfield; his siblings, Linda Allen and David Beedy; his brother-in-law Charles Snook; and his pets, Louloubelle and Millie. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
He was an avid golfer and enjoyed participating in yearly Monte Zinn charity golf events.
