He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaugh Fowler and Bessie Fowler (Sanders); his children, Melissa Ankrom and Rick Fowler; and his sister JoAnn Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Fowler (Warren); his sons, Jack Fowler Jr. (Kim) and Randy Fowler (Jamie); his grandchildren, Erica SanFillipo, Dawn Bailey, Dustin, Sam Fowler (Alisha), Devin Morgan, Kaci Morgan, Damien Fowler, Melissa Fowler and Rickey Fowler; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Alexa, Araya Westfall, Adalynn, Kaylin Fowler, Aubree, Rylee, Brantley Bailey, Jordan and Paisley Morgan; and his brother Thomas Fowler.
