He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bobby Dean Hensley. He is survived by: his parents, Martin Hensley and Stephanie Hensley (Syphrit); his grandparents, Donnah Hensley, Nancy Syphrit and John Sparks; his aunts and uncles, Bambi Ankrom (Steve Roberts), Kimmy (Kenny Newman), Scott (Denise Scherer) and Shelby Syphrit (Jodi Syphrit); and his extended family, Billy, Brock, Bub, Emily, Frankie, Frank Jr., John, Kayla, Mindy, Miss Jodi, Sheri and Stef. He is also survived by numerous great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends.
