He is survived by: his children, Joyce Barnhart, Ronald Parker (Karen), Larry Parker (Patty), Paul Parker (Vicky) and Phillip Parker (Sandy); and his sister Ethel Rhodes (John). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
