She is survived by: her children, Terri Sullivant (Mike), Jeff Bline (Joan), Dan Bline (Susie), Susan Boerger (Barry) and Liz VanTilburg (Rod); her grandchildren, Luke Sullivant (Beka), Lisa Hoskins (James), Sam Sullivant (Caitlin), Mike Sullivant (Jeri), Steve Sullivant (Rachel), Ann Marie Box (Joel), Greg Bline (Katie), Mark Bline, Mary Bline, Rebekah Miller (Wes), Paul Bline (Natalie), Molly Bline, Abby Snyder (Chad), Sarah VanTilburg, Ethan VanTilburg (Sarah) and Jacob VanTilburg; her sister-in-law Rose Terry; her grandchildren, Dr. Jamie Davis (Matt), Michael Bumgarner (Kelly) and Ben Bumgarner; and her great grandchildren, John Bumgarner and Stephanie Bumgarner. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
