He is survived by: his significant other Mildred D. Levalley; his siblings, Edward (Corina), Jim, Loren Levalley (Deb) and Deborah Ray (Steve); his children, Jeff Levalley (Lynn), Tammy Olinger (Ernie) and Rhonda Harris (Mike); his grandchildren, Brad, Matt, Dustin, Skeet, Chris, Wendy, Nikki, Brandy and Chelsey; his nephew William Bill Robinson; and his niece Jean Denney. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandsons.
