He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Meeks and Irene Meeks (Ingman); and his siblings, Norma Bennett and Melvin Meeks. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Meeks; his daughters, Deborah Sims (Kennison) and Shelley Humphrey (Jeff); his grandchildren, Lauren Mattox (Lance Strahm) and Charles Sims (Bree); his great grandchildren, Brodin, Havyn, Stella and Corey; his sister Donna Coder; and also Kelly Perry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
