He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Black and Alma Black (McDaniel); his wife Carole L Black; and his siblings, Vernon Black (Oralee), Curt Black (Thelma), Jim Black (Eleanor), Richard Black (Betty), Earl Black (Bessie), Jean Buroker (Joe), Becky Zoll, Shirlene Hess and Eva Zoll (Kenny).
He is survived by: his children, Vicky L. Love of Urbana, Billy Jr. Black (Sandy) of Urbana, Ted Black (Kelli) of Mechanicsburg and Paul Black (Chris) of Mechanicsburg; his grandchildren, Kerri L. Ritchie, Eli, Courtney, Denver, Dalton Black (Jessica) and Austin Black (Sophie); and his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Makayla, Owen, Reagan, Rory Black and Shelby Ritchie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
