It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Allen (Mechanicsburg, Ohio), who passed away on August 18, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Allen (Clark) and Billy Allen; and his son Jeremiah Custer. He is survived by: his granddaughter Skyler Herron; his brother Bobby Allen; his parents-in-law, Barbara and Roy Preston; his siblings-in-law, Lisa Delgarn (Larry), Ronnie Masters (Cathy) and Jeff Masters (Robin); and his close friend Carl Herron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
