He is survived by: his wife Lesa Bullard (Shonkwiler); his children, Amie Bullard (John Procario) and Arron Bullard (Janet Justus); his grandchildren, Alexis Bullard and Chase Procario; and his siblings, Lynn Schaner (Joseph C.), Susan Dorsey (James Mike) and Larry Bullard (Tammy).
