He is survived by: his parents, Russell Prater and Maggie Prater (Webb); his spouse Deborah "Debbie" Arnett; his sons, Tommy L. Prater, Jr. (Kelsey Osborn) of McGuffey and Joseph "Woody" Prater (Katy) of Kenton; his grandchildren, Koen, Knox and Bea Mavery; and his siblings, Terry Prater of Dola, Larry Prater (Karen) of Bellefontaine and Pam Ark (Tom) of DeGraff.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alger EMS.
