She was predeceased by: her father Kellie Bailey; her husband Jack Parkins; her grandson Jeffrey Parkins; her daughter-in-law Peggy Ann Parkins; and her siblings, Marilyn Wilson (Van Culver), Joby Bailey, John Henry Bailey and Charles Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Wuebbenhorst (Kris) of Columbus Grove, Jack Parkins of Marion, Roger Parkins (Michelle) of Lima and Tony Parkins Sr. of Grafton; and her brothers, Paul Bailey of Alger and William Bailey of McGuffey. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Oma's honor may be made to the donor's choice.
