He was predeceased by: his siblings, Junior C. Conley and Diana Lucille Conley. He is survived by: his wife Debra C. Morrison; his children, Earl Conley (Katie) of McGuffey, Melvin Yoder of Kenton and Melissa Gallant (Jeff) of Kenton; and his siblings, Anthony "Tony" Conley of Lima and Ruth Lawrence (Paul) of Ada. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
