He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kearns and Helen Kearns (Ridgway); and his siblings, Madeline Keel, Merle Kearns, Richard Kearns, Pete Kearns, Robert Kearns and Raymond Kearns.
He is survived by: his wife Janet P. Risner; his children, Sandy Castle of Ada, Jimmy Kearns (Stephanie) of Stewart and Jason Kearns of Newtown; his grandchildren, Lucas Castle, Jordan Castle (Holly), Heath Castle, Katie Wiseman (Alex), Kellie Adkins (Josh), John and Max Kearns; his great grandchild Cooper; and his sisters, Etta Smith of Lewisburg and Lorna Tripp (Paul) of Lewisburg.
Attendance will be restricted at the funeral and visitation based on space to accommodate social distancing requirements.
