He is survived by: his grandmother Bailey; his children, Jack "Joey" Parkins of Marion, OH, Roger Parkins (Michelle) of Lima, OH, Tony Parkins (Peggy) of McGuffey, OH and Barbara Wuebbenhorst (Kris) of Columbus Grove, OH; and his siblings, Ron Hoover of Houston, TX, Bobby Brown of Lima, OH, Eugene Brown of Lima, OH, Nick Brown of Lima, OH, Minnie Phalen of Lima, OH, Debbie Wombles (Jack) of Lima, OH, Barb Henderson of Lima, OH and Patty Zimmerman. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
