She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Mullins, and Odie Mullins, Sr. (Joseph); and her siblings, James Mullins and Avanell Prater. She is survived by: her siblings, Sam Mullins, Jr. (Susie) of Mt. Blanchard, Larry Mullins (Bernie) of Shawnee, Rick Mullins (Robin) of Kenton, Barbara Baker (Traverse) of Ada, Rita Steinberger of McGuffey and Debra Mullins of McGuffey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
