He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perko and Matilda Perko (Ojala); and his sisters, Jennie Davies, Shirley Kohn and Virginia Crawford.
He is survived by: his close friend Patty Greenfield; his granddaughters, Jenny and Abby; his brother Robert Perko of Reynoldsburg; his nieces and nephews, Glenn, Wayne Davies, David Kohn, Robert Perko Jr., James Crawford, James Kane, Noreen Husk, Saranna Hack, Andrea Crawford, Christina Crawford, Denise Bortmas and Debbie Pompura; and also, Lisa and Missy.
