With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roxanne Rogers of McDonald, Ohio, born in Warren, Ohio, who passed away on November 15, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Kegley (Gifford) and John Kegley; her brothers, Jeff and Larry Kegley; and her husband Charles Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Ashley Riggleman (Ben) of Liberty, David Rogers (Amanda) of St. Charles and Jerica Rogers of Austintown; her sister-in-law Joann Holmes of Niles; and her grandchildren, Isaiah, Brandon, Naomi, Theodore and Minnie (Maggie).
