He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy O'Dea of McDonald and Karen Chase (John) of Girard; his grandchildren, Jake, Samantha and Zane; his sister-in-law Marilyn Slater (Tom); his nephew Tommy (Stacy); and his niece Shari (Alex). He is also survived by one great niece and three great nephews.
