He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Lewis and Myrtle Burdick (Briggs); and his brothers, Frederick, Merle, Donald and Robert Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Lewis (Cox); his children, John Lewis (Jill) of McDonald and Theresa Hull (Matthew) of McDonald; his grandchildren, Amanda, Joshua Hull, Morgan and Brooke Lewis; and his sister Charlotte Leonard (Paul) of Austintown.
