He is survived by: his sons, Phillip Kilbourne Jr., Stanley Kilbourne, Jeff Stevens (Judy), Shawn Stevens (JoAnn) and Edwin Stevens; his grandchildren, Jeff Stevens Jr. (Tara), Kristy Stevens, Shannon Shick (Nate), Missy Mohn, Jessica Sampson (Alex) and Tyler Kilbourne (Julie); and his great grandchildren, Maddie, Tyler Stevens, Ayden Nagy, Raegon, Collen Shick, Dominic, Shawn, Mia Sampson, Kaiden, Karson and Kynlee Poole.
