He is survived by: his wife Margaret Maynard; his son Andrew Maynard (Katie) of Girard; his siblings, William Undertajlo (Pat) of St. Louis and Irene Farsetti of Brookfield; and his grandson Alan Maynard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
