She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Wise and Eva Waugerman Wise; her husband Hubert Webb; and her siblings, Rosemary, Katherine, Harvey, Eugene, Tommy, Paul and Eddie.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Montgomery and David Seargent; her brother Carl; her close friend Patty; and also Peggy. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
