It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephanie Adams of McDermott, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on October 29, 2021, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Stephen Adams; her aunt Shari Tubb (Bob); and her uncles, Bernie Counts Jr. and David Counts. She is survived by: her mother Lynn Counts; her brothers, Stephen Adams (Page) and Jeff Adams; her nephew Awkie Adams; her aunts and uncles, Rick Counts (Charlene), Dr. Gail Counts, Cathy Strickland (Brian Gahm), Dr. Holly Counts (Shana), Andrew Adams (Sara) and Emily Adams; her sister-in-law Michell Counts (Jason Hammond); and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by caregiver for her family, friends and the pets.
