She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cable and Dorothy Cable; her husband Edgar Brown; her son Jerrold Brown; her granddaughter Patricia Brown; her great grandchild Gracelyn Spencer; and her sister Mamie Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, William Brown of McDermott, James Brown (Anna) of Georgia, Paul Brown (Gina) of McDermott, Mary Ann Shelpman (Adam) of Lucasville and Suzanne Spencer (Johnny) of Georgia; and her siblings, Ellen Norman of Indiana, William Cable of Georgia, Audrey Cable of McDermott, Robert Cable of Washington, Charlie Cable of Georgia, Frank Cable of Georgia, Mattie Culver of Georgia, Johnny Cable of Georgia and Madeline Stephens of Georgia. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren.
