She is survived by: her parent Elphia VanHoose Vaughn Ball; her husband William Henry Belcher; her children, Jeff Belcher (Vicki) of Westerville, Danny Belcher (Reba) of McDermott and Tami Cox (Tim) of Grove City; her grandchildren, Eddie Belcher (Megan), Tyler Cox (Sierra), Troy Cox (Stephanie), Trent Cox, Daniel J. Belcher (Gabby) and Heidi Belcher; her stepgrandchildren, Steven Wooddell, Ashley Forand and Jake Shahan; her great grandchildren, Adeline, Ellie, Henry and Emelia Grace; and her nephew Andy. She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
