He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Eugene and Anna Jane Carver (Carter); his wife Virginia "Ginger" Carver; and his brothers, Ronald and Ralph Carver.
He is survived by: his children, Annette Hoggard (Tom), Paul Carver Jr. (Sandra) and Rick Carver (Stacy); his grandchildren, Alexandra Hoggard, TJ Hoggard, Gabrielle Comella, Dylan Carver and Kyle Carver; his great grandchildren, Cory Comella, Karrigan and Kendal Carver; and his siblings, Michael Carver and Janet Winters. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
