She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Hacker and Lucy Knittle Hacker; and her husband Charles Box. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Jo Box of McDermott and Diane Spradlin (Robert) of West Portsmouth; her grandson Chad Spradlin (Bryanna) of West Portsmouth; her great grandchildren, Holley and Jameson Spradlin of West Portsmouth; her sister Carolyn Marshall of Wheelersburg; and her close friends, Adam, Sue and Sarah.
