She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Brannan and Vivian Lute Brannan. She is survived by: her children, James Colley (Shawn), Robert Colley and Rebecca Wolff (Charles); and her siblings, Alva Brannan Jr. (Bobbie) and Sharon Rhoden. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
