He is survived by: his wife Claudia Pertuset Schackart; his children, David Anthony (Tiffeny), Melissa Morris (Chris) and Michelle Burchett (Bill Sheats); his grandchildren, Haley, Blaik, London, Che, Bailee, Kyle, Rayna, Raylon, Allona, Eli and Austin; his great grandchildren, Allie, Emma and Jax; and his siblings, Ralph Schackart, Gary Schackart, Larry Schackart, Patricia Blevins and Cynthia Monroe.
