He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Morgan and Delores Moriarty Morgan; his son David Scott Morgan; and his siblings, Jeffrey Morgan and Susan Boling.

He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Glass Morgan; his daughters, Lora Morgan and Misti Stevens; his sister Barbara Gear; his grandchildren, Mariah Charleston, Charles Wilson II and Grace Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Charles Wilson III and Asher Wilson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
