He is survived by: his brothers, Robert "Bob" Lewis of Lucasville, OH. and Tom Lewis of Lake Panasoffkee, FL; his son Eric Lewis of Portsmouth, OH; his nieces and nephews, Jeremiah Lewis, Derek Lewis, Beth Anne Lewis, Andrea Jo Lewis and Kelsee Payton; his friend Lisa Brown; his great-nephew Jackson Lewis; and his great-nieces, Baily Morgan and Phoebe Lewis.
