With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Carl Penn of McDermott, Ohio, born in Rarden, Ohio, who passed away on August 11, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Penn; his son David Corey Penn; and his siblings, Lowell Penn and Kay Teeters. He is survived by: his son Donovan (Cara Jo Penn) of Lombardsville; his grandchildren, Adalyn Codi Penn of Lombardsville and MacKenzie Penn of Rosemount; his pug Napper; and his brother Bill (Janie Penn) of Lucasville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
