He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Bowen; his daughter Sherry Allyn Slutzky-Bowen; his brother Harold Bowen; and his stepson Charles Ray Brown. He is survived by: his wife Helen Ann Hiles Bowen; his children, Nathan Allen Bowen, Aaron Allen Bowen, Carrie Allyn Hutchison and Renee Allyn Fisk; his stepson Earl Dean Brown; his siblings, Roger Bowen, Norma Potter and Paula English; and his grandchildren, Ashley Bowen, Chad Bowen, Alexis Haskew, James Bowen, Jasmine Bowen, Angelina Bowen Kaelin Hutchison and Steven Bowen.
The family requests that any donations be made to Pro Medica Hospice in Frank's name.
