He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Kenney and Helen Moore Hambel. He is survived by: his children, Jason Kinney (Suzan) of Nashport and Jennifer Shuster (Ty) of Stockport; his sisters, Lynda Dillie (Roger) of McConnelsville, Patti Sands of Mt. Vernon, Teresa Winchek of Dayton and Pam Elam of Dayton; and his grandchildren, Mideya Kinney (Tyler Treadway), Brayden and Colten Shuster. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles nieces nephews and cousins.
