He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Miller and Helen Liston Miller. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Larew Sr. (Shelli), Shawn Vanderpool (Todd) and William E. Miller Jr. (Kim); and his siblings, Tootsie, Deberry, Bob Miller (Sue), Jamie Miller (Donna), Jeff Miller (Kelly), Robin Miller, Carolyn O'Denell (Dick) and Roger Miller. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
