He was predeceased by: his father Wilford Frash; his daughter Angela Frash; and his brother Mark Frash. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Hoskinson Frash; his daughters, Lisa Ann Markins (Darren) of Union, Karen Lynn Shuster (Dale) of Fairborn and Barbara Jean Patterson (Tony) of McConnelsville; and his siblings, Kenneth Frash (Susie) of Gallipolis, Wilma Lamp (Clarence) of Zanesville, Dixie Shinn of Zanesville and Mary Webb of Malta. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
