He was predeceased by: his brother Tony McMannis. He is survived by: his parents, Elvin "Popeye" McMannis and Phyllis McDaniel Lockwood; his children, Justin McMannis of McConnelsville, Harley McMannis of McConnelsville, Eley McMannis of Churchtown, Cylas Jackson of Hackney and Ily Callihan of Churchtown; and his brothers, Wayne of Stockport, Chuck McMannis of Stockport, Cr Dupre Charles of Waterford and Danny Minsler of Malta. He is also survived by 4 granddaughters.
