He was predeceased by: his parents, Graydon Woodyard and Mary Farnsworth Woodyard; his wife Freda McKibben Woodyard; and his siblings, Dorothy Schmittover and Gail Woodyard.
He is survived by: his sons, Terry Woodyard (Deb) of Zanesville and Mike Woodyard (Cinda) of McConnelsville; and his siblings, Donna Gilliland of McConnelsville and Larry Woodyard of Stockport. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
