He is survived by: his wife Nancy Luko Chandler; his children, Monica Baughman (Tom) of Zanesville, Barbara Elliott (Sam) of Bellaire and Chris Chandler of McConnelsville; and his grandchildren, Ryan Elliott, Darik Elliott, Christopher Elliott, Zoe Read, Leah Baughman and Rachel Baughman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
