He is survived by: his sister Susan Hooper (David) of McConnelsville; his niece Misti Clemens (Matt); his nephew Scott Hooper; his great-nieces, Mackenzie, Malayni Clemens, Chloe and Brittney Hooper; and his great-nephew Danner Hooper.
