He was predeceased by: his father Terry Smith; and his brother Ritchie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Cordray Smith; his mother Susan Nixon Smith of Malta; his sisters, Tonya Murray of Columbus and Tamela Gorrell (Corey) of Malta; and his sister-in-law Becky Sines of Newark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
