With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Davis (McConnelsville, Ohio), born in Sharpsburg, Ohio, who passed away on February 29, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Davis and Gladys Brawley Davis; his siblings, Hugh, Bernard, Wayne, John, Ronald and Shelby Work; his grandson Troy Hall; his grandson-in-law Gary Starkey; and his children-in-law, Cheryl Sands and David Hall.

He is survived by: his wife Frances Hurst Davis; and his children, John Roger Sands of McConnelsville, Richard Sands (Rose) of Gaysport and Wrenda Anderson (Steve) of Stockport. He is also survived by 8 grand children and several great and great great grandchildren.
