He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Ball and Leona Wade Ball; and his siblings, Martha Woodward and Howard Ball. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Cathaleen Ball; and his daughters, Donna E. Rainer of Beverly, Carol Robinette (Theo) of McConnelsville and Patricia Myers (Dale) of Blue Rock.
