She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Johnson and Margaret Exline Johnson; her husband Ronald Leach; and her son Patrick. She is survived by: her children, Sam Rinehart (Virginia) of Malta, Terri Murray (Roy) of McConnelsville, Amy Martin (Ed) of McConnelsville, Dorothy Rinehart (Lawrence) of Columbus and Melinda Leach (Jimmy) of Zanesville; and her siblings, Earl Johnson of Waverly, Brian Johnson of Indiana, Bonnie Shoemaker of Chillicothe and Carol Johnson of Chillicothe. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
