He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Miller and Lydia Kurtz Miller; his wife Esther Miller; his son Gerald Miller; his daughter-in-law Edith Miller; and his siblings, Elsie Copeland, Betty Miller, Atlee Miller, Joseph Miller, Dan Miller and Jacob Miller.
He is survived by: his sons, James M. Miller (Rose) of Minerva, Timothy Miller of McConnelsville, Thomas Miller (Bonita) of McConnelsville and Marcus Miller of McConnelsville; and his siblings, Verna, Emma Miller, Benjamin Miller and John Miller. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; four step great grandchildren.
