She was predeceased by: her father Henry Schwab; her husband Dana Welsh; and her siblings, Charles, Ozzy Schwab, Minnie Kirkbride and Kathrine Leckrone.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Welsh (Rose) of Pennsville, Tim Welsh of Coshocton, Dana Welsh of McConnelsville, Patty Hill of McConnelsville and Freda Makatura (George) of Malta; and her sister Edna Madinger of Zanesville. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren.
