She was predeceased by: her father John Medley; her former husband Marion "Sug" Parsons; her husband Carl Hale, 3rd (Richard Harlow); her children, Dickie Parsons and Betsy Rupe; her grandson Richard Parsons Jr.; and her sisters, Margaret Mosier, Murle McGrew and Marilyn Parsons.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Parsons of McConnelsville, Patsy Klein (Steve) of Melbourn and Donna Parsons (Paul Jackson) of Waterford; and her sister Mary Miller (Cletus) of Middlebuerry. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren a 1 great great grandson.
