She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sapp and Helen F. Sapp (Burch); her husband John D. Clark; her close friend Brad Long; and her siblings, Maxine Doyle, Ruth Hayes and Roger Sapp.
She is survived by: her sons, Ron Clark (Brenda) of Friendly, WV, Mark Clark (Sherry) of Colorado Springs, CO, Scot Clark (Laurie) of Belleview, FL and Steve Clark (Linda) of Altamonte Springs, FL; and her sister Lois Eads of Mayfield. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
