He is survived by: his wife Jane Spencer; his children, Mitch Spencer (Jessica) of McConnelsville, Joel Eppley (Rochelle) of Thornville, Barry Eppley (Janine) of Houston, TX, Jeannetta Waite (Shawn) of Canton, NC and Danielle Williams (Steve) of Thornville; his siblings, Ronald Spencer (Lois) of Belpre, Roger Spencer (Connie) of Stockport and Donna Work of Belpre; his grandchildren, Donna, Megan of Bradley, JT, Niah, Audrey, Grace, Katherine, Alexis, Kristina and Rader; and his great grandchildren, Jaxtin and Myles.
